I Love This Bar & Grill
3475 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-693-6111

Description: I Love This Bar & Grill is the vision of country music star Toby Keith and is located inside the promenade at Harrah's Hotel and Casino. The down-home country theme is evident throughout the expansive 17,000 square foot venue, with country music memorabilia hanging from its walls, a guitar-shaped bar that fills the middle of the restaurant and live country music always playing in the background. The bar isn't serving moonshine, but you still might be knocked back by of Southern specialties like their Who's Your Daddy margarita and the delightful-sounding Toadsuck Pond. The restaurant's unique menu features many of Keith's southern specialties, taken directly from menus of some of his favorite restaurants in Norman and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Rainforest Café
3799 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-891-8580

Description: You'd have to look long and hard to find a Strip-adjacent restaurant as kid-friendly as the Rainforest Cafe. It's unclear if its family attitude is a company policy, given the restaurant's location at the MGM Grand; longtime Vegas visitors may remember that the Grand pulled a 'Wizard of Oz' display out of the casino. But the Cafe has been fortunate to attract some truly nice waiters and a staff eager to serve. The two-story, 500-seat restaurant is decorated in Early Jungle, with dense green foliage on the walls, cascading waterfalls and a spectacular lightning show.

Buffet at Bellagio
3600 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-693-7111

Description: There were probably a few gasps among the first Bellagio Buffet customers when they were told that dinner would run more than $30 per person. Isn't the buffet supposed to be the low-priced casino dining alternative? It takes guts to open a serve-yourself outlet where the tab more than doubles what other resorts charge, but it's a testament to the quality of the food and the opulence of the surroundings at Bellagio that patrons still line up for the privilege of carrying their own plate.

MIX
3950 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89119
877-632-7800

Description: When Mandalay Bay began putting concepts together for its restaurant/nightclub atop the sleek THEhotel, nothing less than exquisite would do. Alain Ducasse, the French chef extraordinaire behind the Plaza Athenee in Paris, Louis XV in Monaco and Mediterranean

restaurant bearing his own name in New York, fashions the menu. And as with other Mandalay dining venues, the wine list is top notch. Equally stunning is the atmosphere in which diners take it all in, looking out across the city in a view that stretches for miles.

BOA Steakhouse

3570 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-733-7373

Description: There's a level of Hollywood cool exuded by BOA Steakhouse. Maybe it's the dimly lit decor of stainless steel and amber. Or, maybe, it's the beautiful view of the Strip (best seen at night) that makes BOA seem like a steakhouse reserved only for a chosen few. Or maybe it's just that the place itself hails from L.A., serving A-list clientele. Whatever the reason, in all likelihood, it's the prime cuts of beef seared on BOA's special, 1800 degree grill that keeps the likes of George Clooney and Charlize Theron coming back.

Ricardo's
4930 W Flamingo Road
Las Vegas, NV 89103
702-227-9100

Description: Voted the best Mexican restaurant 20 times by Las Vegas Review-Journal readers, this south of the border staple now features a whole new look without losing the flavors that have made it so popular. Patrons can choose to sit in any of the five dining rooms, each offering their own distinct atmosphere. The massive mural of pueblos on display in the foyer cast in a serene combination of desert tans sets the tone, along with wicker fans.

Restaurant RM
3730 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-632-9300

Description: Rick Moonen makes sure everything from his signature butter poached lobster to the displays of raw shellfish are nothing short of perfection. The restaurant is divided into two distinct rooms: the top-floor dining room is designed to resemble a luxury yacht club, with a cocktail lounge featuring a DJ on most nights; and the ground-floor bar cafe, a modern seafood brasserie meant for a quick stop every afternoon and evening. Described as "unfussy" by Moonen, the cafe offers a raw bar menu and regional delights such as Louisiana shrimp po' boys, Manhattan clam chowder, Maryland crab cakes and a biscuit bar.

Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare
3131 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-770-3305

Description: It takes a special effort to bring ocean-fresh seafood to the desert, but that is exactly what Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare has been able to accomplish. Fresh seafood flown in daily from fish markets throughout Europe makes Bartolotta one of Vegas' premiere destinations for seafood. In addition to an impressive seafood lineup, this sophisticated Wynn Las Vegas restaurant is also well known for its authentic Italian cuisine. Creations such as spaghetti with spiny lobster, risotto with clams and sheep's milk ravioli di ricotta help set this Italian restaurant apart from the pack.

Shibuya
3799 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
702-891-1111

Description: Inspired by the bustling, ultra-modern coolness of Tokyo, this high-class dining experience located in MGM's Studio Walk greets guests with a gorgeous rose-tinted glass exterior. For all you raw fish lovers, a 50-foot marble sushi bar sits just beyond the entrance. With three theme dining rooms ranging from a glass cube to seating by the grill, patrons have a unique say in selecting an atmosphere most suitable for them. Menu highlights include tuna tartar with mountain caviar, spicy Tobiko, and Kobe beef tataki.

Hugo's Cellar
202 Fremont St.
Las Vegas, NV 89101
702-385-4011

Description: It must be the rose. Sure, there are several reasons why Hugo's Cellar has been one of Las Vegas's most romantic hideaways for more than two decades. Though it's located just one flight down from the noisy Four Queens casino, the bells and whistles of the gaming machines fade quickly into the background, and guests at this dark, intimate spot dine in blissful quiet. The red brick walls, white linen, award-winning wine list and attentive service
(including a tableside salad cart) all enhance the dining experience.
